摘要 水利工程作为重要的城市基础设施在防洪排涝、水环境治理等方面发挥着关键作用。水利工程建筑是水利工程的重要组成部分,占据了大量的土地与空间资源。文章以嘉善绿谷片防洪排涝口门控制工程为例,探讨了在低碳绿色发展、土地资源稀缺以及公众对公共空间功能需求日渐多元的时代背景下,如何突破水利工程建筑的基础设施工程学范畴,让其成为可观赏、可体验的公共建筑和城市空间,以期为新时代的水利工程建筑设计提供有积极意义的参考。 As an important urban infrastructure,water conservancy projects play a key role in flood control & waterlogging drainage and water environment treatment.Water conservancy project construction is an important part of water conservancy project,occupying a large number of land and space resources.Taking the flood control and drainage entrance control project in the green valley area of Jiashan as an example,it discusses how to break through the infrastructure engineering category of water conservancy construction and make it a public building and urban space that can be seen and experienced under the background of low-carbon green development,scarcity of land resources and increasingly diversified public space function demand,so as to provide a positive reference for the architectural design of water conservancy projects in the new era.
