Fe_(3)O_(4)/Cu_(2)O的制备及其类芬顿性能研究

摘要 为提高Fe_(3)O_(4)在类芬顿反应体系中对污染物的去除效果,基于类芬顿催化氧化技术,制备了Fe_(3)O_(4)/Cu_(2)O复合材料作为非均相类芬顿催化剂,与H_(2)O_(2)共同构成以亚甲基蓝模拟废水为目标物的类芬顿催化氧化体系。对比分析不同实验条件下Fe_(3)O_(4)/Cu_(2)O复合材料的类芬顿活性,并通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜等对材料进行表征。实验结果表明:当Fe_(3)O_(4)与CuCl_(2)·2H_(2)O的复合配比(质量比)为2∶1时制备Fe_(3)O_(4)/Cu_(2)O,且其投加量为40 mg、H_(2)O_(2)用量为0.5 mL时,对浓度为6 mg/L的废水溶液中亚甲基蓝的去除率达到84.27%,类芬顿活性较好;类芬顿反应中起主要活性作用的是·OH。 In order to improve the removal efficiency of Fe_(3)O_(4)in Fenton-like reaction system,Fe_(3)O_(4)/Cu_(2)O composite was prepared as heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst based on Fenton-like catalytic oxidation technology,and together with H_(2)O_(2),a Fenton-like catalytic oxidation system with methylene blue as the target was formed.The Fenton-like activity of Fe_(3)O_(4)/Cu_(2)O composites under different experimental conditions was compared and analyzed,and the materials were charac-terized by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope.The experimental results show that when the compound ratio of Fe_(3)O_(4)and CuCl_(2)2H_(2)O is 2∶1,Fe_(3)O_(4)/Cu_(2)O is prepared,and its dosage is 40 mg,and the dosage of H_(2)O_(2)is 0.5 mL,the removal rate of methylene blue in wastewater solution with concentration of 6 mg/L reaches 84.27%,and the Fenton-like activity is good.The main active component in Fenton-like reaction isOH.
