摘要
针对某项目试验锚杆工程检测,就试验锚杆抗拔承载力偏小的情况查找原因,通过对锚杆周围土层的侧阻力、各构件强度及锚杆端部应力计算分析,结合实际施工工艺,得出锚杆抗拔承载力偏小是由于锚杆端部承载体尺寸偏小导致端部浆体在较高应力下被破坏,其原因涉及到设计要求不够详细、施工工艺有难度等方面,从而提出压力型锚杆施工质量控制的几条建议。
Aiming at the test bolt engineering detection of a project,the reasons for the small tensile capacity of the test bolt are found.Through the calculation and analysis of the lateral resistance of the soil layer around the bolt,the strength of each component and the stress at the end of the bolt,combined with the actual construction technology,it is concluded that the main reasons for the small lifting capacity of the anchor bolt are the small size of the carrier at the end of the anchor bolt,which leads to the destruction of the end slurry under high stress,the design requirements are not detailed enough,the construction technology is difficult and so on.Therefore,several suggestions on the construction quality control of pressure type anchor bolt are put forward.
