薄板坯连铸机保护浇注新技术的开发与应用

摘要 针对目前薄板坯连铸机保护浇注在生产遇到的瓶颈问题,对钢包的钢水通道实现气幕阻隔,并对中间包包盖进行了改造,同时通过中间包机构弹簧压力调整进一步提升板间密封效果,使钢水在浇注过程中完全与空气隔绝,C、D类夹杂物零级比例达到90%,夹杂物总量控制在0.5级以下,保护浇注新技术实施效果明显。 In response to the bottleneck problem encountered in the production of protective casting for thin slab continuous casting machines,the steel channel of the ladle has been separated by an air curtain,and the ladle cover has been modified.At the same time,the sealing effect between the plates has been further improved by adjusting the spring pressure of the ladle mechanism,so that the steel is completely isolated from the air during the casting process.The zero level proportion of type C and D inclusions reaches 90%,and the total amount of inclusions is controlled below grade O.5 level.The implementation effect of the new protective casting technology is obvious.
