西红花药用部位是柱头,柱头中主要含有萜类和黄酮类化合物,其主要药效成分是萜类化合物中的西红花苷类化合物,本文调研了近年来国内外相关文献、发明专利及官网公开数据,对西红花苷的主要药理作用机制及西红花市场产品开发情况进行初步总结,旨在为西红花苷药理作用机制的深入研究,西红花相关药品、保健食品、食品及附加值产品的挖掘和开发奠定理论基础和科学依据。

The medicinal part of Croci Stigma is the stigma,which mainly contains terpenoids and flavonoids,and its main effective ingredients are crocins which are belonging to terpenoids.This article investigates relevant literature,invention patents and public data on official websites at home and abroad in recent years.The main pharmacological mechanism and development of products of Croci Stigma are preliminarily summarized,aiming to lay a theoretical foundation and scientific basis for the in-depth research on the pharmacological mechanism of crocins,as well as the exploration and development of drugs,health food,food and value-added products.
