摘要
依托上海西岸华鑫金融中心建设项目工程,分析项目旋转扭曲异形结构的特点和难点,研究总结扭曲旋转混凝土艺术建筑一体化建造技术,并取得了以下成果:聚焦异形旋转扭曲建筑的测量定位难题,提出了以多专业三维测量体系为核心的一体化建造方法,确保了“细柱薄梁”复杂建筑体型的实现;为解决大量非标异形结构的制作施工难题,以模块化和标准化建造为思路,创新研发了小截面焊接装备、三段式一体化模板等技术,保证了施工质量和节省了建造费用;建立了传递复杂测量数据的B+平台,完成了以BIM技术为基础的跨专业深化设计,优化了钢筋梁柱节点、幕墙埋件等内容,有效提升了项目一体化施工水平。
This study is based on the construction project of the Shanghai West Bund Huaxin Financial Center.The characteristics and difficulties of the project's rotating and twisting irregular structure are analyzed,and a study and summary are made on the integrated construction technology of twisted and rotating concrete artistic buildings,and achieves the following results:Focusing on the measurement and positioning problems of special-shaped rotating twisted buildings,an integrated construction method with multi-professional 3D measurement system as the core is proposed to ensure the realization of the complex building shape of'thin columns and thin beams';To solve the construction problems of a large number of non-standard special-shaped structures,the technology of small cross-section welding equipment and three-stage integrated formwork is innovatively developed based on the idea of modularization and standardized construction,which ensures the construction quality and saves the construction cost.;B+platform for transmitting complex measurement data has been established,and a cross-disciplinary detailed design based on BIM technology has been completed.Moreover,the contents of reinforced beam-column joints and curtain wall embedments are optimized,and the integrated construction level of the project is effectively improved.
