摘要
为了提升胶粘材料的力学性能,考察了单独添加石墨烯(GPE)、单独添加多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)和复合添加GPE+MWCNTs对胶粘剂单搭接接头室温剪切强度和断裂伸长率的影响,并对断口形貌进行了观察。结果表明,5组未改性胶粘剂试样的室温剪切强度和断裂伸长率平均值分别为14.98 MPa和1.79%;随着GPE含量从0.25%增加至1.5%,试样的室温剪切强度和断裂伸长率先增加后减小。随着MWCNTs含量从0.25%增加至1.5%,试样的室温剪切强度和断裂伸长率先增加后减小而后又增加的趋势。随着GPE+MWCNTs含量从0.25%增加至1.5%,试样的室温剪切强度和断裂伸长率先增加后减小而后又增加。复合添加GPE+MWCNTs对胶粘剂试样的室温剪切强度和断裂伸长率的提升效果要优于单独添加GPE或MWCNTs的胶粘剂试样。
In order to improve the mechanical properties of adhesive materials based on physical properties,the ef⁃fects of Graphene(GPE),multi wall carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)and GPE+MWCNTs on the room temperature Shear strength and elongation at break of adhesive single lap joints were investigated,and the fracture morphology was observed.The results showed that the average values of room temperature Shear strength and elongation at break of five groups of unmodified adhesive samples were 14.98 MPa and 1.79%,respectively.With the increase of Graphene content from 0.25%to 1.5%,the room temperature Shear strength and elongation at break of adhesive samples first increased and then decreased.With the increase of MWCNTs content from 0.25%to 1.5%,the room temperature Shear strength and elongation at break of the adhesive sample first increased,then decreased,and then increased.With the increase of the content of GPE+MWCNTs from 0.25%to 1.5%,the room temperature Shear strength and elongation at break of the adhesive samples first increased,then decreased and then increased.The ef⁃fect of composite addition of GPE+MWCNTs on the room temperature Shear strength and elongation at break of adhesive samples was better than that of adhesive samples added with GPE or MWCNTs alone.
