thinking, attention and ca1culation,and orientation in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of Stroke Specific Quality of Life(SS-QOL)scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 week,2 weeks and 3 weeks of nursing, the SS-QOL scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores of Ability of Daily Life(ADL)scale between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the ADL scores in the two groups were higher than those before nursing, the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of exercise rehabilitation nursing in the nursing of patients with cerebral infarction and cognitive impairment has significant effects, which can improve the cognitive function, quality of life, and self-care ability of patients.
