高质量发展视域下高职院校创新创业教育的问题与策略

Problem and Strategy of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges From the Perspective of High-quality Development

国家职业教育改革政策为高等职业教育的创新创业教育提出了新要求和新任务。本文分析了当前高职院校创新创业教育存在的突出问题,并在“双高校”建设、百万扩招、中国特色学徒制教育和劳动教育等高质量发展视角下,提出了健全创新创业教师团队、构建“项目贯穿”的专创融合课程体系、创设“产科教创”双向循环机制、加强创新创业实践等策略来提升创新创业教育的效果,以为我国高职院校创新创业教育提供参考借鉴。

The national vocational education reform policy puts forward new tasks and requirements for innovation and entrepreneurship education.This paper analyzes the outstanding problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.From the perspective of high-quality development,such as the construction of"double-high plan"schools,the expansion of enrollment by millions students,apprenticeship education with Chinese characteristics and labor education,it is proposed to improve the team construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,build a"project through"curriculum system,create a"production,science,education and innovation"two-way cycle mechanism,and strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship practice to improve the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education,which can provide references for innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges in China.
