同位素稀释-气相色谱-质谱法测定血清中三种支链氨基酸

摘要 建立了一种同位素稀释-气相色谱-质谱法测定血清中三种支链氨基酸含量的检测方法。采用该方法对血清中缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸进行定量分析,结果的相对标准偏差为0.19%~0.46%,平均回收率为99.9%~102.2%。方法重复性好、准确度高、结果准确可靠,可满足临床血清样品中三种氨基酸含量的准确检测。 An isotope dilution-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method for the determination of three branched chain amino acids in serum was established.The established quantitative analysis method was used to analyze valine,leucine and isoleucine in serum.The relative standard deviation of the results was 0.19%-0.46%,and the average recovery was 99.9%-102.2%.The method has good repeatability,high accuracy and reliability,which could be used for accurate detection of three branched chain amino acids in clinical serum samples.
