Current Research Status of the Complement System and Alzheimer′s Disease

阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer′s disease, AD)是一种常见的神经变性疾病,其严重危害着老年人群的生活质量。补体系统是先天免疫系统的组成成分之一,其在神经系统炎症和神经变性疾病中起着至关重要的作用,并与阿尔茨海默病的病理过程、临床诊断、治疗都有密切的关联。本文对补体系统与AD病理机制、生化标志物、治疗方法的相关研究进行综述,以期为AD提供新的研究、诊断和治疗方向。

The Alzheimer′s disease(AD)is a common neurodegenerative disease which threatening the life quality of elderly people.Complement system,which is a part of the innate immune system,plays an important role in neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases,and has a close relationship with the pathology,diagnose and treatment of AD.In this paper,the relevant researches on the complement system and the pathological mechanism,biochemical markers and therapeutic methods of AD are reviewed,in order to provide new research,diagnosis and treatment directions for AD.
