中药熏蒸疼痛干预结合路径式康复措施对微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后患者VAS评分与康复效果的影响

Impact of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Pain Intervention Combined with Path-based Rehabilitation Measures on VAS Score and Rehabilitation Effect of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation after Minimally Invasive Treatment

目的分析中药熏蒸疼痛干预结合路径式康复措施对微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分与康复效果的影响。方法选取2022年6月至2023年9月接受脊柱内镜下髓核摘除术的腰椎间盘突出症126例,随机分为对照组(n=63)、观察组(n=63),在常规干预基础上,对照组采用中药熏蒸疼痛干预,观察组采用中药熏蒸疼痛干预结合路径式康复措施。比较2组腰痛VAS评分、腰椎功能、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分及不良反应发生率。结果干预后,观察组腰痛VAS评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分低于对照组,日本骨科协会评分及不同维度SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症术后患者应用中药熏蒸疼痛干预结合路径式康复措施,可行性良好,能有效减轻腰痛症状,提升腰椎功能及生活质量。

Objective To analyze the impact of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fumigation and pain intervention combined with path-based rehabilitation measures on visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and rehabilitation effect of minimally invasive treatment for patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods In total,126 patients with LDH who underwent endoscopic resection of spinal nucleus from June 2022 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=63)and observation group(n=63).Based on routine intervention,the control group received TCM fumigation and pain intervention,and the observation group received TCM fumigation and pain intervention combined with path-based rehabilitation measures.The VAS score of low back pain,lumbar function,36-item Short-Form(SF-36)score,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,VAS score of low back pain and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score of lumbar function in observation group were lower than those in control group,while Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score and SF-36 score of different dimensions were higher than those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM fumigation and pain intervention combined with path-based rehabilitation in minimally invasive treatment of patients with LDH is feasible,which can effectively reduce the symptoms of low back pain,and improve the function of lumbar spine and quality of life.
