济南市章丘区城市防洪除涝现状及治理浅析

Analysis of the Status on Flood and Waterlogging Control in Zhangqiu,Jinan

近年来,随着城市化进程的快速发展,章丘区现状防洪能力已不能满足经济建设的发展需求,防洪排涝问题也越来越凸显,城区防洪安全面临威胁、防洪排涝体系亟需按照城市防洪标准进行规划,对现有工程进行改造提升。通过对区域降雨分析,对城区内涝评估,分流域提出了治理计划,通过采取工程和非工程措施,提高防洪排涝能力、改善大气水体环境。在保证防洪安全和水资源有效开发利用的同时,可极大地改善章丘城区的环境面貌。

In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization process,the current flood control capacity of Zhangqiu District has been unable to meet the development needs of economic construction,and the problem of flood control and drainage has become more and more prominent.The flood control safety of urban areas is facing threats,and the flood control and drainage system needs to be re-planned according to the urban flood control standards,as well,the existing projects need to be reformed and upgraded accordingly.Through the analysis of regional rainfall and the assessment of urban waterlogging,the improvement plan is put forward by river basin,and the ability of flood control and waterlogging and atmospheric water environment are improved by taking engineering and non-engineering measures.While ensuring the safety of flood control and the effective exploitation and utilization of water resources,it can greatly improve the environment of Zhangqiu.
