摘要
基于采煤机行走机构导向滑靴的失效特点,介绍一种导向滑靴改进设计。具体设计中引入ANSYS软件,通过SolidWorks+ANSYS方式构建采煤机行走机构导向滑靴仿真模型,并以此为基础实施导向滑靴有限元仿真分析,确认导向滑靴受力薄弱点,提出针对性导向滑靴改进设计。将导向滑靴改进设计应用于工程实践,确认导向滑靴改进设计可满足应用性能需求。
Based on the failure characteristics of the guiding shoe of the travelling mechanism of the coal mining machine,an improved design of the guiding shoe is introduced.The specific design of the introduction of ANSYS software,through SolidWorks+ANSYS way to build the coal mining machine walking mechanism guided boot simulation model,and based on the implementation of the guided boot finite element simulation analysis,to confirm the guided boot force weak point,put forward the targeted guided boot improvement design.The improved design of the guiding shoe is applied in engineering practice,and it is confirmed that the improved design of the guiding shoe can meet the performance requirements of the application.
