摘要
为进一步探究采煤机牵引部扭矩限制器的运行特点,以MG400/980-WD型采煤机中的牵引部扭矩限制器作为研究对象,结合该牵引部扭矩限制器的结构建立其仿真分析模型,并在受力分析的基础上确定仿真分析条件,以此对该扭矩控制器进行动力学分析。在动力学分析过程中,重点对扭矩限制器中铜套、内弹性环及外弹性环速度曲线,以及二级行星架与铜套的接触力、接触力矩的变化情况进行了综合分析对比,结果显示,上述分析指标变化特征基本趋同,证明该扭矩限制器具有较优的动力学性能。最后通过实际测试进一步证明了该扭矩限制器的实际应用效果。
In order to further investigate the operating characteristics of the torque limiter of the haul-off section of coal mining machine,the torque limiter of the haul-off section of MG400/980-WD coal mining machine is taken as the object of study,and its simulation model is established by combining with the structure of the haul-off section of the torque limiter,and the conditions of the simulation analysis are determined on the basis of the force analysis,so as to carry out the kinetic analysis of the torque controller.In the process of dynamic analysis,we focus on the change of the velocity curves of the copper sleeve,inner elastic ring and outer elastic ring in the torque limiter,as well as the contact force and contact moment of the secondary planetary carrier and the copper sleeve,and the results show that the change characteristics of the above analysis indexes are basically convergent,which proves that the torque limiter has a better dynamic performance.Finally,the actual test further proves the practical application effect of the torque limiter.
