下向充填法钢筋混凝土假顶布筋参数及最优吊点位置研究

摘要 人工假顶构筑方案的合理性是急倾斜破碎矿体实现下向充填法安全高效充填回采的关键和核心环节。本研究以某铜矿钢筋混凝土人工假顶为研究对象,基于薄板理论和弹性力学并结合实际下向进路充填回采工艺,建立人工假顶等效力学模型,解析钢筋混凝土人工假顶布筋参数:30 m长沿脉进路假顶至少需布置底筋104根;同时采用斜吊筋吊挂于底筋距离边帮0.8 m的位置,设计上下盘帮吊筋间距为500 mm,则上下盘斜吊筋各60根;吊筋的最优悬吊位置为距端部0.2~0.25人工假顶跨度的位置,此处吊筋受力合理且较为经济。本研究为钢筋混凝土人工假顶布筋设计及吊筋悬吊方案提供了计算思路及工程参考。 The rationality of the artificial false roof construction plan is the key and core link to achieve safe and efficient downward filling and mining of steeply inclined broken ore bodies.This study takes the reinforced concrete artificial false roof of a copper mine as the research object.Based on thin plate theory and elastic mechanics and combined with the actual downward approach filling and mining technology,an equivalent mechanical model of the artificial false roof is established to analyze the reinforcing parameters of the reinforced concrete artificial false roof,determine the parameters of the bottom bars,the parameters of the hanging bars and the position of the hanging points:at least 104 main bars need to be arranged on the 30 m long false roof along the vein;at the same time,oblique hanging bars are used to hang the main bars 0.8 m away from the side rails,and the upper and lower side panels are designed to be lifted If the spacing between the bars is 500 mm,then there will be 60 inclined hanging bars on the upper and lower plates respectively;the optimal hanging position of the hanging bars is 0.2~0.25 of the span of the artificial false roof from the end,where the stress on the hanging bars is reasonable and relatively economy.This study provides calculation ideas and engineering reference for the design of reinforced concrete artificial false roof reinforcement and suspension reinforcement scheme.
