MTHFR基因多态性与血清叶酸水平对妊娠期糖尿病患者及其妊娠结局的影响

Effect of MTHFR Gene Polymorphism and Serum Folate Level on Patients with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and Their Pregnancy Outcomes

摘要 目的探讨MTHFR基因多态性与血清叶酸水平对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕产妇及其妊娠结局的影响。方法选取医院2022年6月至2023年6月收治的GDM孕产妇100例,作为观察组;另选取同期健康正常妊娠孕产妇100例,作为对照组。两组对象均在医院完成分娩,能配合统计妊娠结局。结果两组对象平均年龄及A1298C位点的基因型和等位基因比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而体质量指数、空腹血糖、C667T位点的基因型及等位基因型、不良妊娠结局发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组MTHFR基因C667T位点不同基因型频率和血清叶酸水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组发生与未发生不良妊娠结局患者的C667T位点基因型频率及血清叶酸水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论GDM的MTHFR基因多态性与血清叶酸水平及妊娠结局相关,临床需高度重视,积极寻找有效干预方法。 Objective To investigate the effect of MTHFR gene polymorphism and serum folate level on pregnant and maternal women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)and their pregnancy outcomes.Methods A total of 100 GDM pregnant and maternal women admitted to the hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group,while 100 healthy and normal pregnant women during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups of objects completed delivery in the hospital and were able to cooperate in calculating pregnancy outcomes.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the average age and genotype and allele of A1298C locus between the two groups of objects(P>0.05).The differences in body mass index,fasting fasting blood glucose,genotype and allele genotype of C667T locus,and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were statistically significant(P<0.05).The differences in serum folate levels and different genotypes frequency of MTHFR gene C667T locus between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the frequency of C667T locus genotypes and serum folate levels between patients with and without adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The MTHFR gene polymorphism in GDM is associated with serum folate levels and pregnancy outcomes,and clinical attention should be given and effective intervention methods should be sought.
