流程优化急诊护理对异位妊娠抢救成功率及护理满意度的影响

Impact of Emergency Nursing Process Optimization on the Success Rate of Ectopic Pregnancy Rescue and Nursing Satisfaction

目的探讨流程优化急诊护理对异位妊娠抢救成功率及护理满意度的影响。方法选取医院急诊科2021年1月至2023年10月收治的异位妊娠患者104例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各52例。对照组实施常规急诊护理,观察组实施流程优化急诊护理。结果观察组抢救成功率为98.08%,略高于对照组的94.23%(χ^(2)=1.040,P=0.308>0.05);观察组抢救时间、急诊室停留时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后的焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论流程优化急诊护理用于异位妊娠,可显著提升抢救成功率,改善急救效果,降低患者的心理压力,并提升护理满意度。

Objective To invesitigate the impact of emergency nursing process optimization on the success rate and nursing satisfaction of ectopic pregnancy rescue.Methods A total of 104 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to the emergency department of the hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group received routine emergency care,while the observation group received emergency care with process optimization.Results The success rate of rescue in the observation group was 98.08%,slightly higher than 94.23% in the control group(χ^(2)=1.040,P=0.308>0.05).The rescue time,emergency room stay time,and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the the control group(P<0.05),and the intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Self Rating Anxiety Scale and Self Rating Depression Scale in the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Process optimization of emergency nursing for ectopic pregnancy can significantly improve the success rate of rescue,improve the effectiveness of emergency treatment,reduce the psychological pressure of patients,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
