废旧沥青混合料环氧热再生性能研究

摘要 针对传统沥青路面热再生方法废料掺配率不高、路用性能不佳等问题,本文开展环氧热再生沥青混合料研究及应用,通过室内试验确定环氧沥青的胶结料比例,以及热再生混合料配合比,并验证了环氧沥青再生混合料的各项性能指标。结果表明,环氧沥青再生混合料的马歇尔稳定度、高温稳定性、抗水损害能力及密水性均优于新拌沥青混合料,具备良好的路用性能。环氧沥青厂拌热再生技术可以实现再生沥青混合料(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement,RAP)整体利用率达到100%,最大限度地利用废旧铣刨料,有效降低养护成本,并且大幅提高沥青路面的高温稳定性及抗车辙能力。 In response to the problems of low waste blending rate and poor road performance of traditional asphalt pavement hot recycling methods,this article conducts research and application of epoxy hot recycling waste asphalt mixture,determines the proportion of epoxy asphalt binder and the mix proportion of hot recycled mixture through indoor experiments,and verifies the various performance indicators of epoxy recycled mixture.The relevant results indicate that the Marshall stability,high-temperature stability,water damage resistance,and water tightness of epoxy recycled mixture are better than those of fresh asphalt mixture,and have good road performance.The epoxy asphalt plant mixed hot recycling technology can achieve a waste utilization rate of 100%,maximize the utilization of waste milling materials,effectively reduce maintenance costs,and significantly improve the high temperature stability and rutting resistance of asphalt pavement.
