摘要
为解决传统地锚式先张台座在施工中常见的问题缺陷,本文以有限元分析软件进行模拟,通过现场工程实践以及张拉试验,对台座预制施工工艺进行了优化创新,设计出一种新型自锚式张拉台座。与传统折线先张台座相比,自锚式先张台座克服了体量庞大、受地理位置影响不可移动、不可重复利用的难题,施工工艺简单,可满足实际工程需要,同时可作为其他预制结构张拉台座工程替代方案。
In order to solve the common problems and defects in the construction of traditional anchor pretensioned pedestal,this paper uses finite element analysis software to simulate and optimize the prefabrication process of self-anchored pedestal through field engineering practice and tension test,and designs a new type of tension pedestal.Compared with the traditional folding line pretensioned pedestal,the self-anchored pretensioned pedestal overcomes the defects of large volume,immovable and non-reusable due to the influence of geographical location,and the construction process is simple,which can meet the needs of actual engineering,and can be used as an alternative to other prefabricated structure tensioned pedestal engineering.
