摘要
运用分子生物学技术构建GPR37L1表达和干扰载体,以奶牛乳腺上皮细胞为试验模型,通过瞬时转染技术构建载体转染乳腺上皮细胞,探究GPR37L1对乳成分合成相关基因表达的影响。结果表明,GPR37L1表达和干扰载体构建成功,GPR37L1过表达或干扰可提高或降低乳脂合成相关基因及β-酪蛋白表达,揭示GPR37L1可正向调节乳成分合成。
In this study,GPR37L1 expression vector and knockdown vector were constructed by molecular biology technology,and the mammary epithelial cells of dairy cows were used as the experimental models,and the constructed vectors were transfected into the dairy mammary epithelial cells by transient transfection technology,to investigate the effects of GPR37L1 on the expression of genes related to milk component synthesis.The results showed that the GPR37L1 expression vector and knockdown vector were successfully constructed,and the overexpression or knockdown of GPR37L1 could increase or decrease the expression of genes related to milk fat synthesis andβ-CASEIN,suggesting that GPR37L1 could positively regulate the synthesis of milk components.
