摘要
文章旨在研究复合益生菌(Compound Probiotics,CP)对幼犬生长性能及血清免疫指标的影响。试验选取60只10周龄体重相近的泰迪幼犬,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5只。各组幼犬分别饲喂基础日粮+0、0.5、1.0、1.5 g/d的复合益生菌干粉,并记为CP 0组、CP 0.5组、CP 1.0组、CP 1.5组,试验为期4周。结果表明:(1)与CP0组相比,CP 1.0组幼犬的末重、平均日增重显著提高5.00%、12.55%(P<0.05),CP 0.5组、CP 1.0组、CP 1.5组幼犬的腹泻率均显著降低(P<0.05),且CP 1.0组、CP 1.5组幼犬的腹泻率显著低于CP 0.5组(P<0.05)。(2)与CP0组相比,CP 1.0组幼犬血清中IgA含量显著提高(P<0.05),CP 1.5组幼犬血清中IgA、IgG、IgM含量均显著提高(P<0.05)。(3)与CP0组相比,CP 1.5组幼犬血清中TNF-α含量显著降低(P<0.05),CP 1.0组、CP 1.5组幼犬血清中IL-10含量显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:基础日粮添加复合益生菌能促进幼犬生长发育,降低腹泻率,改善血清免疫指标,当复合益生菌的添加水平为1.0 g/d时,幼犬的生长性能最佳;当复合益生菌的添加水平为1.5 g/d时,幼犬的血清免疫指标最佳。
This experiment aims to investigate the effects of Compound Probiotics(CP)on the growth performance and serum immune indicators of puppies.Select 6010 week old Teddy puppies with similar weight and randomly divide them into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group and 5 in each replicate.Each group of puppies was fed with a basic diet of+0g/d,0.5g/d,1.0g/d,and 1.5g/d of composite probiotic dry powder,and recorded as the CP0 group,CP 0.5 group,CP 1.0 group,and CP 1.5 group.The experimental period was 4 weeks.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the CP0 group,the CP 1.0 group significantly increased the final weight and average daily gain of puppies by 5.00%and 12.55%(P<0.05).The diarrhea rate of puppies in the CP 0.5,CP 1.0,and CP 1.5 groups was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the diarrhea rate of puppies in the CP 1.0 and CP 1.5 groups was significantly lower than that in the CP 0.5 group(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the CP0 group,the serum IgA content in the CP 1.0 group was significantly increased(P<0.05),while the serum IgA,IgG,and IgM content in the CP 1.5 group were significantly increased(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the CP0 group,TNF in the serum of puppies in the CP 1.5 group-αThe content significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the IL-10 content in the serum of puppies in the CP 1.0 and CP 1.5 groups significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding composite probiotics to the basic diet can promote the growth and development of puppies,reduce diarrhea rate,and improve serum immune indicators.When the level of composite probiotics added is 1.0 g/d,the growth performance of puppies is the best;When the addition level of composite probiotics is 1.5g/d,the serum immune indicators of puppies are optimal.
