摘要
文中通过分析检验检测机构科技成果转化主要特点,以上级相关政策文件为指导,结合笔者单位工作实践情况,提出科技成果转化过程化管理流程;以“重点环节可管控、重要信息可追溯”为原则,完成信息系统功能设计,并基于微服务架构技术,实现信息管理系统的研发,以期促进检验检测机构科技成果转化高效规范管理。
This paper analyzes the main characteristics of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in inspection and testing institutions,and puts forward the process management of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements under the guidance of relevant policy documents of higher authorities and the practice of the unit;Based on the principle of“Key links can be managed and important information can be traced”,the design of information management system function is completed,and adhering to microservice architecture technology,the implementation of information management system is implemented to promote efficient and standardized management of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in inspection and testing institutions.
