大学附属医院全员育人模式存在的问题与实践探索——以山东大学第二医院为例

Problems and Practical Explorations of the All-Staff Education Modelin University Affiliated Hospitals— Taking the Second Hospital of Shandong University as an Example

“三全育人”是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要平台和抓手,全员育人是“三全育人”的基础和保障。以山东大学第二医院为例,研究发现全员育人存在意识不强、顶层设计缺失、系统合力尚未形成、队伍能力不足等问题。着眼解决这些问题,该医院在实践中强化育人新共识,引导教职医务员工增强全员育人的高度责任感和使命感,提升学生对自身育人主体地位的认知;成立学生发展委员会,制定完善学生考核评价制度、不同育人主体的考核评价体系,发挥制度的正向引导作用;建立三级例会机制,推进院际合作,密切家校联动,统筹各方的资源和力量;加强师资培训,建强导师、班主任、辅导员三支队伍,助力学生成长成才。

“Three comprehensive education”serves as a crucial platform and handhold for college and university to fulfill their fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education,with the all-staff education being the foundation and guarantee of this comprehensive endeavor.Taking the Second Hospital of Shandong University as an example,the study found that there are problems in all-staff education,such as lack of awareness,lack of top-level design,unformed system synergy,and insufficient capacity of the team.Focusing on solving these problems,the hospital have enhanced a new consensus on educating people in practice,guided the teaching and medical staff to enhance the high sense of responsibility and mission of the all-staff education,and enhanced the students’awareness of their own status as the main body of educating people;established a Student Development Committee,formulated and perfected the assessment and evaluation system of the students,and the different main bodies of the assessment and evaluation systems of educating people,and leveraged the positive guidance of these systems;established a three-tier regular meeting mechanism,promoted the inter-faculty cooperation,closely integrated family-school linkage,and coordinated resources and forces of all parties;strengthened teacher training,and built up strong teams of tutors,class teachers,and counselors to help students grow up and become successful.
