风险承受能力、感知欲望对大学生创业意愿的影响:中介与调节作用

The Impact of Risk Tolerance and Perceived Desirability on Entrepreneurial Intention:Mediating and Moderating Effects

大学生是创新创业的生力军,如何激发大学生创业意识,鼓励大学生创业是当今高校、政府乃至社会共同关注的问题。选取中国沿海经济发展水平较高区域的3所高等院校的学生作为调查对象,构建风险承受能力、感知欲望与大学生创业意愿之间关系的理论模型并进行实证分析。研究结果表明,风险承受能力与创业意愿之间存在显著的正相关关系,感知欲望在风险承受能力与创业意愿之间起中介作用;在风险承受能力对创业意愿的影响中,性别差异并不显著;在感知欲望对创业意愿的影响中,男性大学生的感知欲望对创业意愿的促进作用强于女性大学生;男性大学生创业意愿普遍强于女性大学生。研究结论丰富了大学生创业意愿影响因素及其作用机制的理论研究,并为高校大学生创业教育培养方案的制定提供了依据。

College students are the new force of social innovation and entrepreneurship.How to stimulate their entrepreneurial willingness and encourage them to start businesses is a common concern for universities,governments,and even society today.Selecting students from three higher education institutions in regions with higher levels of economic development along the coast of China as survey subjects,constructing a theoretical model of the relationship between risk tolerance,perceived desire,and entrepreneurial willingness of college students,and conducting empirical analysis.The research results indicate that there is a significant positive correlation between risk tolerance and entrepreneurial intention,and perceived desire plays a mediating role between risk tolerance and entrepreneurial intention;There is no significant gender difference in the impact of risk tolerance on entrepreneurial willingness;In terms of the impact of perceived desire on entrepreneurial intention,men's perceived desire has a stronger promoting effect on entrepreneurial intention than women's;The overall entrepreneurial willingness of male college students is generally stronger than that of females.The research conclusion enriches the theoretical research on the influencing factors and mechanisms of college students'entrepreneurial willingness,and provides a basis for the formulation of entrepreneurship education and training programs in universities.
