摘要
针对换流变压器漏磁场引起的结构件(夹件、油箱)损耗及局部过热问题,提出一种快速计算换流变压器夹件和油箱漏磁场及损耗的方法,给出了夹件及油箱漏磁场及损耗的计算原理及数学模型;开展了换流变压器夹件及油箱漏磁场及损耗的有限元计算,并在三维涡流场下对换流变压器夹件和油箱的漏磁场及的损耗展开了分析,将解析法与有限元法进行了对比;最后,对换流变压器的空载电流、磁感应强度以及负载损耗进行了实验,验证了有限元方法的正确性,并间接验证了所提方案的可行性。
The leakage magnetic field of converter transformers can cause the loss and local overheating of structural components(clamps,oil tank),this paper proposes a method for the rapid calculation of the leakage magnetic field and loss of clamps and oil tank in converter transformers using mirror imaging.The mathematical model and calculation principles of the leakage magnetic field and loss for clamps and oil tank are presented.The finite element calculation are carried out,and the calculation and analysis of the leakage magnetic field of the converter transformer and the loss at its clamps and oil tank are conducted under the three-dimensional eddy current field,and the analytical method is compared with the finite element method.Finally,experiments on no-load current,magnetic density and load loss of the converter transformer are carried out to verify the correctness of FE method and indirectly verify the feasibility of the proposed scheme.
