摘要
利用气候数据和社会经济数据,分析了北京市东四社区降水特征,评估了社区尺度的暴雨内涝灾害风险。研究表明,20世纪80年代以来,东四社区年降水量、极端日降水量、连续5日最大降水量和大雨日数均呈增加趋势,进一步分析暴雨内涝灾害风险空间分布情况,高风险区主要集中在东四社区西北区域,包括东四北大街沿线,东四九条、八条和七条的西段、月牙胡同的部分区域。研究方法和结果可为社区层面的气候韧性城市适应目标、具体规划建设的提出和实施提供参考。
Based on the climate data and socio-economic data,the climate background characteristics of precipitation in Dongsi community of Beijing are analyzed and the risk of rainstorm waterlogging disaster in commu⁃nity scale is assessed.The research shows that since the 1980s,the annual precipitation,daily extreme precipita⁃tion,the maximum precipitation for five consecutive days and the number of heavy rain days in Dongsi community have all shown an increasing trend.The study area is faced with severe risk of rainstorm waterlogging.The high-risk areas are mainly concentrated in the northwest area of Dongsi community including the area along Dongsi north street,the 9th and 8th of Dongsi,the western section of the 7th of Dongsi,and parts of the Yueya Hutongs.The research methods and results can provide technical support for community level climate resilience adaptation goals⁃specific planning and constructionand the implementation of urban climate change adaptation policies.
