摘要
针对铁路客站建设和运维中存在的困难,归纳总结近年来BIM技术在铁路客站设计、施工和运维中的应用方法,分析铁路客站全生命周期内BIM技术的应用价值及其取得的效果,重点总结BIM技术在清河站、雄安站、杭州西站等特大型站房中的应用。结果表明,BIM技术推动了智能建造和绿色建筑在铁路行业的发展。该研究为BIM技术在铁路客站中的应用发展提供了参考依据和成功案例。
To address the challenges encountered in the construction,operation,and maintenance of railway passenger stations,this study summarizes the methodologies for applying BIM technology in the design,construction,operation,and maintenance of railway passenger stations in recent years.It examines the value and efficacy of applying BIM technology in the full life cycle of railway passenger stations,focusing on its application in extra large station buildings of Qinghe Railway Station,Xiongan Railway Station,and Hangzhouxi Railway Station.Findings indicate that BIM technology has propelled advancements in intelligent building and green building within the railway sector.This study provides valuable insights and successful cases for the application and development of BIM technology in railway passenger stations.
