基于LabVIEW的迈克耳孙干涉仪虚拟仿真平台

摘要 本文基于LabVIEW软件开发了一个迈克耳孙干涉实验的虚拟仿真平台,可以对真实的迈克耳孙干涉实验进行模拟仿真,并允许用户进行参数调整以实时可视化仿真结果.同时,为验证虚拟仿真实验平台的准确性,分别在真实的迈克耳孙干涉仪和虚拟仿真平台上完成测量光波波长实验,对二者实验结果进行对比分析.此外,还可采用该平台模拟探究光波波长、光波强度、空气薄膜厚度等因素与干涉条纹分布和光强分布的关系.在迈克耳孙干涉实验教学中,可以直接用该平台进行教学演示,并展示出不同条件下条纹分布的情况和光强分布的特点.该平台实现了实验与理论相结合,帮助学生学习基本光学仪器的使用方法,掌握光学实验操作规程,进而达到了提升教学效果的目标. In this paper,a virtual simulation platform of Michelson interference experiment based on LabVIEW software is developed,which can simulate the real Michelson interference experiment and parameters are allowed to be adjusted to visualize the simulation results in real time.At the same time,in order to verify the accuracy of virtual simulation experiment platform,the measurement experiment of light wave wavelength is completed on Michelson interferometer and the virtual simulation platform respectively.The experimental results are compared and analyzed.In addition,the platform can also be used to simulate the relationship between the wavelength of light wave,the intensity of light wave,the thickness of air film and the distribution of interference fringes and light intensity.In the experiment teaching of Michelson interferometer,the virtual instrument can be used directly for teaching demonstration.The characteristics of fringe distribution and light intensity distribution under different conditions can be shown.The platform realizes the combination of experiment and theory and helps students to learn the use of basic optical instruments,to master the operating procedures of optical experiments,and then the goal of improving the teaching effect can be achieved.
