15MN油压机船用钢板压制模具的研究与设计

摘要 油压机上模具是连接油压机主机与压模的核心部件,其结构形式、强度、刚度直接影响压制钢板的质量和效率。为了提高油压机的效率,分析了15 MN油压机的压制模具结构形式,提出上模具与压模之间采用斜键连接,并配有螺栓辅助连接的设计方案,同时确定了键和键槽的尺寸及载荷。并使用Solidworks有限元模块对设计模型进行受力分析,验证了结构的强度与刚度。该方案在提高钢板压制效率的同时也尽可能的减小了横向载荷带来的变形,有效地解决了压制模具的变形和压制效率低下等问题,极大地节约了生产成本。 The upper mould on the hydraulic press is the core component connecting the main machine of the hydraulic press and the press mould.Its structural form,strength and stiffness directly affect the quality and efficiency of the pressed steel plate.In order to improve the efficiency of the hydraulic press,the structure of the press mould of the 15 MN hydraulic machine is analyzed.The design scheme of oblique key connection and bolt auxiliary connection between the upper mould and the press mould is put forward.The size and load of the key and keyway are determined.Solidworks finite element module was used to analyze the force of the design model,and the strength and stiffness of the structure were verified.The scheme not only improves the efficiency of steel plate pressing,but also reduces the deformation caused by lateral load as much as possible,effectively solves the problems of deformation and low pressing efficiency of the press mould,and greatly saves the production cost.
