沥青砂铺设在洞库储油罐换底施工中的质量管理研究

Study on Quality Management of Asphalt Sand Laying in Tank Bottom Replacement Construction

洞库储油罐罐底铺设沥青砂垫层对罐体使用寿命起到很大的延长保护作用,但沥青砂垫层铺设施工对质量要求十分严格,稍有缺陷就会导致罐底使用周期内加速腐蚀进而引起穿孔、渗漏,造成较大损失,因此加强沥青砂垫层铺设的质量管理十分必要。结合洞库储油罐换底项目中沥青砂垫层铺设施工,对施工的组织程序细化、施工质量管控、成品检查验收3个方面进行分析研究,针对性制定质量管理措施,进而提升铺设质效,延长油罐使用寿命。

Asphalt sand cushion laid on the bottom of oil tank can prolong the service life of the tank,but the construction of asphalt sand cushion is very strict to the quality requirements,it is very necessary to strengthen the quality control of asphalt sand cushion laying because of the small defects,which will lead to the accelerated corrosion of the bottom of the tank and lead to perforation and leakage.Combined with the construction project of asphalt sand cushion laying in the oil tank bottom replacement and overhaul project of the cave depot,the construction organization procedure refinement,construction quality control,and finished product inspection and acceptance were analyzed and studied,so as to formulate quality management measures to improve the laying quality,prolong the service life of the tank.
