摘要
应用较完整的试验流程鉴别聚酯复合弹性纤维,先确认其组分情况,再分离两种组分,后分别鉴别确认各组分的成分,最后得到复合纤维的定性结论。尝试7种定量溶解法原理溶去聚酯复合弹性纤维的一种组分,到达分离两种组分的效果,结果表明有3种方法对样品的某一组分溶解程度好于另外组分,基本达到了分离的目的。提出了溶解法分离聚酯复合弹性纤维组分以及制定两组分复合纤维鉴别方法标准的研究方向。
A more complete test process was used to identify theelastomultiester,first confirm its composition,then separate the two components,and then identify and confirm the composition of each component,and finally obtain the qualitative conclusion of the composite fiber.7 quantitative dissolution methods were tried to dissolve one component of elastomultiester,and the effect of separating two components was achieved.The results showed that the dissolution degree of one component of the sample was better than that of the other component by 3 methods,and the purpose of separation was basically achieved.The research direction of the separation of elastomultiester components by dissolution method and the identification standard of bicomponent fiber were put forward.
