Fe_(3)O_(4)@CuMOF催化文冠果油制备生物柴油的研究

Study on Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF Catalysts for Synthesis of Biodiesel from Xanthoceras Sorbiflia Bunge oil

摘要 金属有机框架(MOFs)材料的高表面积、结构稳定性和可调功能使其成为制备生物柴油的理想催化剂。本文通过溶剂热法制备磁性Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF催化剂,利用傅里叶红外变换光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸脱附(BET)、热重分析(TG)等手段对催化剂的微观结构和热稳定性进行表征,并应用于文冠果油制备生物柴油的反应中。结果表明:Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF催化剂表面粗糙多孔,比表面积为206.239 m^(2)/g,平均孔径为6.64 nm,属于介孔材料。Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF的饱和磁化强度为12.6 emu/g,易分离回收。当催化剂用量为3 wt%、醇油摩尔比为20∶1、反应温度为60℃、反应时间为2 h时,生物柴油产率最高,为75.0%。Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF循环使用5次后,其催化生物柴油的产率仍能达到69.25%。 Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)materials with high surface area,structural stability and tunable functionality make them ideal catalysts for biodiesel preparation.In this paper,magnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF catalysts were prepared by solvothermal method,and themicrostructures and thermal stability of the catalysts were were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),Energetic Spectrometry(EDS),X-Ray Diffraction(XRD),N2 adsorption/de-adsorption(BET),and Thermogravimetric Analysis(TG).Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF catalysts were applied in the preparation of biodiesel from Xanthoceras sorbiflia bunge oil.The results showed that the Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF catalyst had a rough and porous surface with a specific surface area of 206.239 m^(2)/g and an average pore size of 6.64 nm,which belonged to the mesoporous material,and the saturated magnetisation intensity of Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF was 12.6 emu/g,which was easy to be separated and recycled.When the catalyst dosage was 3 wt%,the alcohol-oil molar ratio was 20∶1,and the reaction temperature was 60℃,the reaction time was 2 h,the maximum biodiesel yield was 75.0%.The yield could still reached 69.25%after five recycling cycles of Fe_(3)O_(4)@Cu MOF.
