摘要
以某工程施工期间暴雨后的上浮事故为案例,结合勘察、施工、事故现场等资料,从设计角度分析事故主要原因为后浇带过早封闭、顶板覆土未完成、肥槽回填不满足要求、基坑及周边排水条件差等导致施工期间短期水浮力超过室外地下室的抗浮承载力。针对结构损伤及变形制定了开孔泄水、堆载复位、构件加固、增加抗浮锚杆、土体注浆等处理方法,总结了地下室抗浮及修复的几个要点,为其他类似工程的设计和施工管控提供参考。
This paper presents the case of floating accident after rainstorm during the construction of a project.Analyze the causes of accidents from a design perspective by combining survey,construction,and accident site data.The main reasons are that the short-term water buoyancy during construction exceeds the anti floating bearing capacity due to premature closure of the post pouring zone,incomplete top plate soil covering,poor quality of backfilling construction,inadequate drainage conditions in the foundation pit and surrounding areas,etc.In order to repair structural damage and deformation,some treatments have been developed.Such as opening holes for water discharge,loading the basement with sandbags to sink and reset it,component reinforcement,adding anti floating anchor rods,and soil grouting.In addition,several key points for basement anti floating and repair were summarized,providing reference for the design and construction control of other similar projects.
