Objective To analyze the value of early nursing intervention in preventing and controlling the development of diabetes foot. Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetes admitted to Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Health Care Group from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the admission order, the patients were divided into control group and study group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the study group received early nursing intervention.Blood glucose level, psychological state, complications and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the blood glucose level of the study group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the psychological state of the study group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of diabetic foot in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the compliance was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The patients with early nursing intervention have more stable blood glucose level, better psychological status, reduced the incidence of diabetes foot, and had higher compliance.
