从调肝论治二便、汗液、白带、乳汁的排出异常

Treatment of abnormal discharge of urine,stool,sweat,leucorrhea and milk by regulating the liver

人体内有多种需要排出的物质,诸物质之通畅外泄需借助秉木疏泄之性的肝脏之功,如胆汁、月经、精液、二便、汗液、白带、乳汁的排出均离不开肝的调节,肝气条达,疏泄有度,体内精气、浊废各循其道,顺时适度溢泄而出。肝失疏泄,气机郁结,脏腑气机不畅,诸窍失于疏启,则可见汗出不畅、癃闭、便秘、白带、乳汁不下之弊,应辨证采用养血柔肝或疏肝理气之法以恢复肝疏泄之功,常用到小柴胡汤、柴胡疏肝散等。肝疏泄太过,气机亢逆,诸窍不当启而启,可致大汗、遗溺、泄泻、赤带、漏乳等症,则应清肝、平肝、柔肝,常用龙胆泻肝汤、痛泻要方、丹栀逍遥散等方。

There are a variety of substances that need to be discharged out of the human body.The unobstructed discharge of all substances needs the help of the liver of the nature of draining and coursing,such as bile,menstruation,semen,urine,stool,sweat,leucorrhea,and milk,which cannot be separated from the regulation of the liver.The free flow of liver-Qi and smooth draining and coursing can ensure that the essence Qi and the wastes in the body follow their ways and flow out appropriately.The failure of draining and coursing and Qi stagnation will lead to obstructed Qi activity of viscera and all orifices,causing poor sweating,difficulty in urination,constipation,leucorrhea,and breast milk stoppage.In syndrome differentiation,the methods of nourishing blood and softening liver or soothing liver and regulating Qi are used to restore the function of draining and coursing of the liver,and Xiaochaihu Decoction and Chaihu Shugan Powder are commonly used.If the liver drains and courses too much,the hyperactivity of Qi activity will appear,and all orifices are improperly opened,which can cause sweating,enuresis,diarrhea,leukorrhea with bloody discharge,leakage of milk and other diseases.In this situation,the liver should be cleared,smoothed and softened,and Longdan Xiegan Decoction,Tongxie Yaofang,Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder,etc.,are commonly used.
