单侧双通道脊柱内镜技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察及护理研究

THE CLINICAL EFFECT OF DOUBLE-CHANNEL SPINAL ENDOSCOPY ON THE TREATMENT OF LDH

目的探讨LDH的治疗及护理方法。方法回顾性收集80例LDH患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组,各40例。对照组:采用椎间盘后路摘除术,观察组采用单侧双通道脊柱内镜下髓核摘除术,两组均予以常规护理与术后康复锻炼。观察两组临床效果。结果观察组手术时间长于对照组,但手术出血量、术后下床活动时间、住院时间低于对照组(t=3.01~20.87,P<0.01);观察组术后疼痛及ODI改善程度均优于对照组(t=7.45,10.14;P<0.01);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.49,P=0.034)。结论单侧双通道脊柱内镜下髓核摘除术治疗LDH效果更优。

Objective To explore the treatment and nursing methods of LDH.Methods The clinical data of 80 patients with LDH were retrospectively collected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group according to different treatment methods.The control group received posterior discectomy,while the observation group underwent unilateral double-channel spinal endoscopic extraction of nucleus pulposus.Both groups were given routine nursing and postoperative rehabilitation exercise.The clinical effect in the two groups was observed.Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,while the amount of surgical bleeding,postoperative mobilization time,and hospital stay were less than those in the control group(t=3.01-20.87,P<0.01).The improvement degree of postoperative pain and ODI in the observation group was better than that in the control group(t=7.45,10.14;P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.49,P=0.034).Conclusion Unilateral dual-channel endoscopic removal of the nucleus pulposus is more effective in treating LDH.
