本文在对西藏科技创新工作指标体系构建理论认识的基础上,对比指标体系理论做出进一步分析,提出了在构建西藏科技创新工作指标体系时所应体现的价值标准以及构建西藏科技创新工作评价指标体系所要达到的目标,为进一步优化西藏科技管理体制、检验科技发展的问题和成就寻找完善路径。

In Tibet science and technology innovation index system construction on the basis of theoretical understanding,contrast index system theory to make further analysis,put forward in the construction of Tibet science and technology innovation index system should reflect the value standard and build Tibet science and technology innovation work evaluation index system to achieve the goal,in order to further optimize Tibet science and technology management system,test the development of science and technology problems and achievements to find perfect path.
