80 MN压剪试验机机架的力学仿真

摘要 为确保80 MN压剪试验机机架在最大载荷下依然满足强度和刚度要求,文中首先分析单剪和双剪两种压剪试验工况下的受力状态,而后在最大竖向载荷与最大横向载荷联合作用下,对静态单剪与静态双剪时的机架进行静力学仿真,随后进行机架的模态仿真,最后对动态单剪时的机架进行动力学仿真。结果表明:静态单剪与静态双剪时,压剪试验机机架最大静应力都小于材料的屈服强度,最大位移小于允许最大位移量,满足静强度与静刚度的要求;动态单剪时工作频率低于各阶模态固有频率,所以不会产生共振,满足动刚度要求;动态单剪时应力与位移呈周期性波动,最大动应力和最大位移满足动强度与动刚度的要求。 In this article,efforts are made to ensure that the 80 MN compression-shear test machine's frame meets the re-quirements of strength and stiffness with the maximum extreme load.Firstly,the analysis is conducted on the forces during the single-shear and double-shear tests.Then,with the combination of the maximum vertical load and the maximum lateral load,the static simulation is carried out on the frame during the static single-shear and double-shear tests.Next,the frame is subject to the modal simulation.Finally,the dynamic simulation is conducted on the frame during the dynamic single-shear test.The results show that during static single-shear and double-shear tests,the frame's maximum static stress is less than the material's yield strength,and the maximum displacement is less than the maximum allowable displacement,so the requirements of static strength and static stiffness are met.The working frequency during the dynamic single-shear test is less than the each mode's natural fre-quency,so resonance will not occur and the requirements of dynamic stiffness are met.During the dynamic single-shear test,both the stress and the displacement fluctuate periodically;both the maximum dynamic stress and the maximum displacement meet the requirements of dynamic strength and dynamic stiffness.
