摘要
文章从材料、设计、焊接工艺方面分析铬钼钢压力容器设计制造中存在的问题,然后提出针对性的改进方案,包括优化材料选择策略、调整设计参数、优化焊接工艺。这些措施不仅提升了压力容器的性能,还使其满足了工业生产的环保节能需求,为铬钼钢压力容器的设计和制造提供了重要参考。
This paper analyzes the problems existing in the design and manufacture of Cr-Mo steel pressure vessel from the aspects of material,design and welding process,and then puts forward the corresponding improvement plan,including optimizing the material selection strategy,adjusting the design parameters and optimizing the welding process.These measures not only improve the performance of the pressure vessel,but also make it meet the needs of environmental protection and energy saving of industrial production,and provide an important reference for the design and manufacture of chrome-molybdenum steel pressure vessel.
