摘要
“生化仪器分析”课程是生物工程类专业的核心课,具体内容包括多种仪器分析方法的基本原理、相关仪器构造以及定量和定性分析方法。为了解决课程教学过程中“仪器分析原理与方法脱节、课本知识偏离实际应用、缺乏科学家精神和创新意识的培养”等问题,笔者从教学方法、产学研结合和课程思政三个方面改革创新。实践表明,通过以“一个中心和三个基本点”为教学主线,结合信息化手段和过程性考核,能够提升学习效率,强化基础知识积累;通过科研反哺教学,帮助学生树立职业规划,提高学习主动性;通过课程思政立体化、灵魂化,引发学生的情感触动。这可为其他生物工程类专业课程的教学提供借鉴。
“Biochemical Instrument Analysis”,a core course in bioengineering major,includes the basic principles of various instrumental analysis methods,the construction of related instruments,as well as quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.The previous teaching approach displayed the following drawbacks:disconnection between principles and methods for instrument analysis,the deviation of knowledge in textbook from practical application,and in sufficient cultivation for scientific spirit and innovation.Herein,we carried out the reform of this course from three aspects,including teaching method,industry-university-research cooperation,and ideological and political education.Through the combination of“one center and three basic points”with informatization methods and procedural assessments,the learning efficiency was greatly improved for the students,along with excellent accumulation of basic knowledge.In addition,the feedback education in scientific research could help students plan their career and improve their learning initiative.The curriculum ideology and politics could bring additional motivation to students.The ideas of such teaching reform could provide a reference for the other bioengineering courses.
