摘要
以黄河流域72个地级市为研究对象,基于水—能源—粮食关联关系构建粮食全要素生产率测度指标体系,考察流域分区、资源分区和产区分区粮食全要素生产率并分解各分区的技术进步和技术效率,明确三类分区技术差距提升目标。结果表明:黄河流域粮食全要素生产率呈波动式变化趋势,技术进步发挥了主要推动作用,技术效率恶化抵消了一部分技术进步的提升效果。共同前沿和群组前沿下的粮食全要素生产率均表现为:下游>上游>中游、非资源型>资源型、主产区>产销平衡区;两类前沿下的技术落差表现为:上游>中游>下游,非资源型>资源型,主产区>产销平衡区,且三类分区下的技术差距均有逐渐收敛趋势。综合来看,应发挥黄河流域下游城市、非资源型城市和主产区城市的技术引领优势,带动和辐射黄河流域其他地区缩小技术落差。
Taking 72 prefecture-level cities in the Yellow River Basin as the research object,this paper constructs an index system for measuring the total factor productivity of food system based on the water-energy-food nexus,investigates the total factor productivity of food system in watershed,resource and producing areas,decomposes the technological progress and efficiency of each division,and defines the goal of improving the technological gap of the three divisions.The results show that the change of food system total factor productivity in the Yellow River Basin shows a fluctuating trend,and technological progress has played a major role in promoting it,while the deterioration of technical efficiency has offset some of the promotion effects of technological progress.GLTFP under the common frontier and group frontier are as follows:downstream cities>upstream cities>midstream cities,non-resource-based cities>resource-based cities,main producing areas>production and marketing balance area;The results of technical gap comparison between the two types of frontiers are as follows:upstream cities>midstream cities>downstream cities,non-resource-based cities>resource-based cities,main producing cities>production and marketing balance area,and the technology gap under the three types of divisions tends to converge gradually.Therefore,it is necessary to give full play to the technological leading advantages of cities in the downstream cities of the Yellow River Basin,non-resource-based cities and main producing cities,and to drive and radiate other areas in the Yellow River Basin to narrow the technological gap.
