“三全育人”理念在法学虚拟仿真实验教学中的渗透

Research on the Concept of“Sanquan Education”in Virtual Simulation Experiment Teaching of Law

高校是人才培养的主阵地,理应全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人根本任务,坚持德智体美劳全面发展,把全员、全程、全方位“三全育人”落到实处,办好人民满意教育,着力培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。“三全育人”体现了高等教育立德树人的内在要求,契合了新时代全面发展型人才培养的客观需要,激活了高校实现内涵式发展的资源要素。基于此,文章对法学虚拟仿真实验教学现状进行分析,进而深入探讨“三全育人”理念在法学虚拟仿真实验教学中的应用原则与策略,旨在实现法学实验教学的创新和发展,培养符合时代发展要求的优秀法律人才。

As the main battlefield for talent cultivation,colleges and universities should fully implement the Party's educational policy,carry out the basic task of fostering virtue through education,nurture a new generation of capable young people with sound moral grounding,intellectual ability,physical vigor,aesthetic sensibility,and work skills.Implementing“sanquan education”for all staff,throughout the whole process and in all aspects,developing education that people are satisfied with,and fostering a new generation of young people to shoulder the great mission of realizing national rejuvenation.The“sanquan education”embodies the inherent requirements of fostering virtue through higher education,meets the needs of fostering all-round personnel in the new era,and activates the resource of the connotative development of universities.In light of this,the article explores the current status of virtual simulation experiment teaching of law,and further discusses the principles and strategies of implementing“sanquan education”,aiming to strive for innovation and development of legal experiment teaching and cultivate excellent talents that meet the requirements of the times.
