摘要
基于有限元仿真分析法,介绍一种采煤机行走机构销排改进设计,具体改进设计中引入ANSYS有限元仿真分析软件实施采煤机行走机构销排受力仿真分析,并根据分析结果确认销排引入集中区域,提出对应的改进设计。最后,将改进设计应用于工程实践,证明改进设计中销排可满足使用需求。
Based on the finite element simulation and analysis method,an improved design of the pin row of the travelling mechanism of coal mining machine is introduced.ANSYS finite element simulation and analysis software is introduced into the specific improvement design to implement the simulation analysis of the force on the pin row of the walking mechanism of the coal mining machine,and according to the analysis results,the introduction of the pin row is confirmed to be concentrated in the area,and the corresponding improvement design is proposed.Finally,the improved design is applied to engineering practice,which proves that the pin rows in the improved design can meet the use requirements.
