摘要
依据学科特色和行业需求,基于OBE教育理念,以教育成果为导向,对高职院校“食品试验设计与数据分析”课程教学策略进行探究,通过深化校企合作,重构教学内容,建立灵活的“产教融合”教学模式、“学行并进”式教学策略和“校企双评”考核机制,有效提升教学质量,增强学生的实践能力和职业技能,拉近学生与企业的距离,提升人才和行业的匹配度,满足食品行业对高职食品类人才的综合职业能力要求。该课程的教学改革研究可为今后“食品试验设计与数据分析”课程教学提供参考,为高职院校食品类专业人才培养提供依据。
Based on subject characteristics and industry needs,OBE education concept and educational results-oriented,this paper explored the teaching strategy of Food Experimental Design and Data Analysis in vocational and technical colleges.Through deepening school-enterprise cooperation,the paper reconstructed teaching content,and established flexible teaching mode of“integration of production and education”,teaching strategy of“learning and action”and assessment mechanism of“school-enterprise dual evaluation”.Effectively improved the teaching quality,enhance students'practical ability and vocational skills,narrow the distance between students and enterprises,improved the matching degree between talents and industries,and met the food industry's comprehensive vocational ability requirements for food talents in higher vocational colleges.The research on the teaching reform of this course could provide reference for the teaching of Food Experimental Design and Data Analysis in the future,and provided basis for the cultivation of food professionals in vocational and technical colleges.
