基于不同行为能力老年人需求的城市公共空间更新策略研究——以海口世纪公园为例

Research on Urban Public Space Renewal Strategies Based on the Needs of the Elderly with Different Behavioural Abilities:A Case Study of Century Park in Haikou

随着我国人口老龄化程度的不断加深,营造满足老年人需求的城市公共空间成为提升养老水平的重要一环。以海口世纪公园为研究对象,基于不同行为能力老年人需求的视角,构建了满意度、重要性2个评价因子集成的评价模型,分析海口世纪公园目前存在的影响老年人日常行为活动的突出问题。通过问卷调查和实地访问等方式,对海口世纪公园中不同行为能力老年人的需求进行分析和总结,从道路交通空间、休闲活动空间、健身运动空间、公共设施空间、植物绿化空间5个方面提出适应不同行为能力老年人需求的城市公共空间优化策略。

With the deepening of population aging in China,creating urban public space that meets the needs of the elderly has become an important part of improving the level of old age.Using Haikou Century Park as the research object,from the perspective of the needs of the elderly with different behavioural abilities,this paper constructed an evaluation model integrating 2 evaluation factors,namely,satisfaction and importance,to analyse the main problems affecting the daily behavioural activities of the elderly currently existing in Haikou Century Park.Through questionnaires and field visits,the needs of the elderly with different behavioural abilities in Haikou Century Park are analyzed and summarized,and urban public space optimization strategies adapted to the needs of the elderly with different behavioural abilities are proposed in five aspects,including road traffic space,leisure space,fitness space,outdoor facilities space,and plant greening space.
