摘要
随着民航业的发展,机场选址地质越发复杂,岩溶地质问题频发,造成地基不均匀沉降或在荷载作用下产生塌陷,影响工程质量和安全性。常规地表深溶洞处理方式为强夯补强和灌注混凝土;浅溶洞常规处理方式为挖清爆后回填。为了能更好地处理填充型深土溶洞,文章提出了袖阀管注浆技术,并结合实际案例,对其进行理论分析、现场勘查和实验模拟等,发现该技术不仅能保证地基处理质量还可以避免大量土石方的挖填,具有施工方便、质量良好、工期短、经济合理等特点。
With the development of civil aviation industry,the geology of airport site selection is becoming more and more complex,and karst geological problems occur frequently,resulting in uneven settlement of foundation or collapse under load,affecting the quality and safety of the project.The conventional treatment of deep karst cave on the surface is dynamic compaction and concrete pouring;The conventional treatment of shallow karst cave is excavation and blasting followed by backfilling.In order to better deal with the filling type deep soil karst cave,the sleeve valve pipe grouting technology is proposed in this paper.Combined with the actual case,through the theoretical analysis,field investigation and experimental simulation,it is found that this technology can not only ensure the quality of foundation treatment,but also avoid the excavation and filling of a large number of earthwork,which has the characteristics of convenient construction,good quality,short construction period and economic rationality.
