摘要
为解决当前基于热分析技术对煤炭质量检测存在效率低、周期长的问题,提出基于瞬发伽马射线中子活化方法对煤质进行分析的思路。在对瞬发伽马射线中子活化方法基础理论研究的基础上,验证了该分析方法的可行性;而后根据理论基础完成中子源和伽马射线探测器的选型;最后,通过试验得出不同元素含量与不同特征伽马射线数目之间的换算公式,为实现煤质的快速、高效分析奠定了扎实的理论基础。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and long cycle in coal quality detection based on thermal analysis technology,the idea of analyzing coal quality based on instantaneous gamma ray neutron activation method is proposed.On the basis of fundamental theoretical research on the activation method of gamma ray neutrons,the feasibility of this analysis method has been verified.Then,based on theoretical foundations,select neutron sources and gamma ray detectors.Finally,the conversion formula between different element contents and different characteristic gamma ray numbers was obtained through experiments,laying a solid theoretical foundation for achieving rapid and efficient analysis of coal quality.
