基于DRG评价的MDT模式在病案首页质量控制中的应用及探讨

Application and Discussion of MDT Model Based on DRG Evaluation in the Quality Control of Medical Record Homepage

引入DRG评价系统,搭建MDT平台模式,让多部门共同参与病案管理,构建基于DRG评价系统的MDT模式下病案首页质量数据量表,对住院病案首页进行专项考评,找出得分较差科室及存在的主要问题,实施基于DRG评价的MDT多模式并举,对比研究2021年1月~8月与2022年1月~8月病案首页数据质量提升情况,为管理者对于住院病案首页质量中的关键环节提供有效解决途径,提高病案首页数据质量,提升公立医院医疗服务能力和科学管理水平。

This research introduces DRG evaluation system,builds MDT platform mode,lets multiple depart-ments participate in medical record management,builds the quality data scale of the first page of medical record under MDT mode based on DRG evaluation system,carries out special evaluation on the first page of inpatient medical record,finds out the departments with poor scores and the main problems,implements MDT multi-mode based on DRG evaluation,and compares the improvement of the data quality of the first page of medical record between January August 2021 and January August 2022.It also provides effective solutions for managers to address key issues in the quality of inpatient medical record homepage,improves the quality of medical record homepage data,and enhances the medical service capabilities and scientific management level of public hospitals.
