稳心颗粒联合常规西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并频发室性期前收缩的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Wenxin Granule Combined with Conventional Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease with Frequent Premature Ventricular Contractions

目的:探讨稳心颗粒联合常规西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并频发室性期前收缩的临床效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2022年3月济南市莱芜区高庄街道社区卫生服务中心收治的慢性肺源性心脏病合并频发室性期前收缩患者88例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各44例。试验组采用常规西药和稳心颗粒治疗,对照组给予常规西药治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.013)。治疗后,两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组社会关系、心理方面、生活功能、精神状态评分均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组室性期前收缩次数均少于治疗前,且试验组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒联合常规西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病合并频发室性期前收缩的临床效果显著,可改善患者肺功能及生活质量,减少室性期前收缩次数。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wenxin Granule combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with frequent premature ventricular contractions.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2022,88 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and frequent premature ventricular contractions who were admitted to Jinan City Laiwu District Gaozhuang Sub-district Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 44 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with conventional western medicine and Wenxin Granule,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013).After treatment,the forced expiratory volume in 1 s(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of social relationship,psychological dimension,life function and mental state in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of premature ventricular contractions in the two groups was less than that before treatment,and the number in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenxin Granule combined with conventional western medicine have significant clinical effects in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with frequent premature ventricular contractions,which can improve lung function and quality of life of patients,and reduce the number of premature ventricular contractions.
